Louise Rogers is an accomplished Registered Social Worker with over fifteen years of experience in assessing complex care needs and case managing rehabilitation and care packages for children and adults with severe, life-long disabilities and complex health and social care needs. She has developed a diverse and respected career spanning the NHS, local authority, and independent sectors.

Throughout her career, Louise has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to delivering comprehensive person-centred care across the lifespan, from childhood to older adulthood. She specialises in supporting individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries, including acquired brain injuries, spinal trauma, and complex orthopaedic conditions, ensuring that both their emotional recovery and physical rehabilitation are addressed through cohesive, evidence-based intervention. Her caseloads have included clients affected by medical negligence, profound neurological disabilities, and “unseen” psychological injuries, where her holistic approach ensures that both visible and hidden needs are acknowledged and supported.

Louise has extensive experience working with systemically complex therapy teams, coordinating interdisciplinary team (IDT) rehabilitation programmes that integrate the expertise of psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and care providers. She is skilled at fostering collaboration between professionals and families, ensuring continuity, clarity, and alignment across all aspects of a client’s care. Her leadership style promotes empowerment, accountability, and open communication across the IDT, leading to stronger clinical outcomes and improved client wellbeing. She is willing and able to work with risk and have difficult conversations compassionately and respectfully.
