Dr Lauren Patton is a creative and dynamic clinician who prides herself on offering the best service to children, young people, their families, and the professional network.
Specialising across childhood and adolescence, with focus on difficulties such as loss, injury or illness adjustment, trauma, neuropsychological needs, relationships, rehabilitation and risk, Lauren is well suited to the type of work serious and catastrophically injured clients require. She also has experience working with complex and multifaceted mental health difficulties.
Lauren has a gently inquisitive and adaptable style, drawing from a range of psychological approaches. Her holistic approach encompasses all aspects of a person’s life, enabling her to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that meaningfully benefit our clients, their families and care teams.
Lauren’s considerable experience has given her a strong understanding of multi-agency working. This lends itself well to the medico-legal context, allowing Lauren to work effectively with solicitors, case managers, care teams, Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) and other agencies/settings. This collaborative way of working also enables a client’s recovery journey to continue growing after Lauren’s psychological input has finished.
