Dr Helen Aslett has over 10 years’ post-qualification experience supporting adults struggling with mental health issues, particularly enjoying neuro-rehab, pain and trauma work.

Helen has expertise in providing support for clients adjusting to major injuries, including traumatic and acquired brain injury, and spinal injuries. She also has experience in neuropsychological testing, neurological assessments, and risk management.

Helen offers a range of evidence-based therapies and is skilled in conducting assessments, interventions, and treatments for clients with complex mental health needs. Her compassionate, reflective and explorative style is informed by a variety of psychological approaches, including cognitive models, third-wave approaches, trauma-informed models, and neurology.
