Miss Rose Rokhim
Clinical Case Manager

Rose is a qualified Art Psychotherapist who has worked with children in primary schools and in a community setting as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering stand-alone and group interventions. She has developed an excellent understanding of trauma, post-traumatic stress, as well as neurological and cognitive conditions in both children and adults. Rose also has an MBA in Healthcare Management and trained in integrated care, public health and healthcare law and ethics.

Passionate about people, Rose has been in the healthcare industry in a variety of settings since 2008: from support worker to team leader in supported accommodation for residents with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Care plan development and risk assessment management has been a part of Rose’s work and she has an excellent understanding of the value of accurate and up-to-date care policies and guidance for both the client and care team members.

After working closely with Case Managers in a rehabilitation role, Rose was keen to pursue this role herself, supporting clinical teams, following therapy programmes, and supporting rehabilitation in line with clients' care plans. It is when she works alongside children and adults with traumatic brain injury that she feels meaningfully involved in their journey of recovery.
With an arts, psychology and management background, Rose is creative and understands the interplay between psychological and physical barriers, forging a sensitive and mindful approach.

Rose is also trained in Makaton Levels 1,2,3,4.
