Rebekah is our people-focused Engagement and Support Manager with a background in HR operations, talent acquisition, and team development. She has worked across care, employability, and social enterprise sectors, and is particularly passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams where individuals feel supported, valued, and able to grow.
Rebekah takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach to her work, bringing energy and care to orientation sessions, engagement, and retention strategies. Rebekah is known for her calm and approachable leadership style, as well as her commitment to continuous improvement—whether she’s launching new initiatives, working to maintain our fostered culture of engagement or quietly supporting our Associates to deliver exceptional rehabilitation to catastrophically injured people and families.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys weightlifting and playing Uno. She also runs her own Swedish massage business. At home, she’s kept company by her two cats, Oscar and Spencer, who often make appearances in virtual meetings and are never far from her side.
